Checking Everything Off Your List
Once you book your vacation stay at Bella Vista Estate, you can look forward to a call from our property manager, Jo! She reaches out to all of our guests 30 days ahead of your arrival date and will help you plan your stay in Steamboat Springs like a local! Special requests? Jo will make sure your groceries and requested beverages are ready on site for your arrival. She can also help you book local activities, find a private chef or caterer, make equipment reservations, etc!
Monday Mindset Meeting
Each Monday morning, in preparation for our guest’s arrival, our entire staff gathers for a Mindset Meeting. We open with a prayer for our past and future guests and celebrate our personal and professional wins! We review the status of any ongoing projects, initiatives, and goals that will affect our guests and discuss any potential opportunities for improvement. Our team invests ample time and energy into this process to make sure that every stay is unique and memorable.
Exceeding Standards for Cleanliness and Maintenance
Before you arrive, our property managers Ken and Jo make sure that all of the accommodations at Bella Vista Estate are in tip-top shape. Ken makes sure the grotto and pool are ready to jump right in and that nothing on the property is in need of repair. Jo puts her personal touch on the property, making sure that everything exceeds our standard of cleanliness and presentation, including special touches and flowers for our guests. Jo makes sure that all of the towels have been cleaned and stocked, ensures the kitchen is intuitively organized, silverware is polished, and pots and pans are ready to use!
Accommodations During Your Stay
During your stay at Bella Vista, our property managers will accommodate your day-to-day needs. Ken and Jo will be on-site to greet you upon arrival! While you relax and enjoy the spacious accommodations, Ken and Jo will take out the trash, restock supplies, clean the pool, setup furniture for family dinners, etc. They are here to take care of anything that might arise during your visit! Ken and Jo will be your personal shuttle drivers to and from the ski resort, town, and the estate.
