Reserve private rooms for 12 individuals or get cozy and house up to 28 with shared rooms. House additional guests in overflow lodging across the street or in town and use Bella Vista as your retreat activity headquarters.

Enjoy intimate meetings in front of the fire in the lodge-style living rooms. Or get down to business around the enormous dining room table (seats 12). Bella Vista Estate provides space for meetings and events beyond the capacity of our group lodging accommodations. Host up to 50 people for your corporate retreats, wellness retreats, family reunions, or special events. In the summertime, host outdoor events with up to 200 guests and enjoy the tennis courts, pool, bathhouse, sprawling lawn, and 180 degree views of the stunning Yampa Valley.

Keeping your large group fed is easy at Bella Vista Estate! The main lodge contains a large, fully-stocked shared kitchen space that is perfect for cooking and catering. If members of your group will be cooking, simply provide your grocery list to our concierge before your arrival. We’ll make sure the kitchen is fully-stocked with all of your food and beverage needs. Steamboat Private Chef’s love catering meals and events at Bella Vista Estate because of our spacious accommodations. We’ll make recommendations and help schedule your arrangements ahead of time.
