Cancellation Policy

Reservation Payment:
Every reservation requires an initial Reservation Payment of 25% of the total package price. This is to reserve your dates and for the work and all of the upkeep leading up to your date to make that date possible.  The Reservation Payment is a part of your Total Package Price.

Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
The 25% Reservation Payment is to hold your dates and is non-refundable.  If cancellation is made ninety (90) days or less prior to arrival, Total Package Price will be withheld. 

Travel Protection:
Bella Vista Estate recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is before 10:00am.
