Cancellation Policy

Every reservation requires an initial reservation payment of 25% of the total package price. This is to reserve your dates and for the work and all of the upkeep leading up to your date to make that date possible.  The reservation payment is a part of your total package price.

Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Your initial reservation payment is non-refundable at time of booking. Your final payment will be nonrefundable 90 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation monies are not credited to future dates due to difficulty of re-booking.

4% gratuity for the on-site Property Managers is included in your Estate Fee. We aim to provide you with the highest quality service and will always go the extra mile. If you feel that we have exceeded your expectations, additional gratuities are gratefully accepted, much appreciated and distributed directly to the Property Managers.

Travel Protection:
Bella Vista Estate recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is before 10:00am.
